Lissette M. Calderon is the President and CEO of Neology Life Development Group, which boasts Pier 19 Residences & Marina as its latest project. A Miami native, Lissette spent several years living in New York City where she fell in love with Soho’s loft-style apartments. After returning to Miami and spending two years working under the Related Group’s Jorge Perez, Calderon broke ground on her first Miami River project, NeoLofts in 2002 and followed up with Neo Vertika and Wind by Neo shortly thereafter also in the river. Pier 19 brings Lissette full circle as the luxury rental community is set to reintroduce high-end living to the Miami River. She remains the only female residential developer building in Miami today. Calderon graduated Cum Laude from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics with triple concentrations in Finance, Real Estate and Multinational Management.
