REGISTRATION AND NETWORKING

The University of Miami’s 2025 Real Estate Impact Conference once again brought together some of the brightest minds in the industry to explore the evolving landscape of global real estate investment. Featuring an elite lineup of speakers and panelists, this year’s conference tackled pressing issues such as capital flows, the impact of geopolitical risk, the transformation of office space, and the increasing role of technology and sustainability in shaping investment strategies.

Kicking off the event, Charles C. Bohl, the Tony Goldman Director of Real Estate Development and Urbanism at the School of Architecture, welcomed attendees, highlighting the university’s commitment to fostering thought leadership and innovation in real estate. “Since its inception in 2010, this conference has become a cornerstone of support for our real estate education programs, raising over $3.5 million to advance research and industry collaboration,” Bohl noted.
