Rocio Budetta is the Managing Director and Partner at Newland Capital Group. Mrs. Budetta joined Mr. Newland’s brokage team in 2019 and focused on all aspects of industrial brokerage including land assemblage opportunities, lease negotiations, institutional landlord representation and market analysis. At NCG, Mrs. Budetta leads operations and finance. Mrs. Budetta holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego
