Drea Gourdine
Director of Development, Aria Development Group
Drea Gourdine is the Director of Development for Aria Development Group, a private equity real estate development firm located in Miami, Florida. She currently oversees the design, financing, pricing and construction of Aria’s Miami projects including Yotel Miami, a 33-story, 453 hotel-condo project recently completed in June 2022, and 501 First Residences, a 41-story, 476-unit hotel-condo project located in downtown Miami breaking ground 4Q2022. Prior to joining Aria Drea was a Senior Development Manager with Douglas Development Corporation, a privately-held real estate development company in Washington DC where she managed the entitlements, design and development of over 20 historic rehab and adaptive reuse projects in various phases of the development process. Drea has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
