Marcelo Kingston has more than 20 years of experience in the Real Estate development and financial sectors throughout the United States and Brazil.
Marcelo is the Managing partner of Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management (MREAM) in the US, with a Development portfolio of high-end luxury properties in South Florida including acclaimed Il Villaggio mixed-use tower in Miami Beach; 57 Ocean, the most anticipated ocean front wellness oriented luxury condo on the sands of Miami Beach and Ocean Park, a boutique high end condo located on South of Fifth. MREAM is part of Multiplan group, the largest publicly listed Brazilian Real Estate company with a dominant portfolio of commercial Real Estate assets across the country. Prior to Multiplan, Marcelo was the founder and CEO of PatioMix Shopping centers and former Vice President of Development for BRMalls.
A leader in the development, construction and management of large-scale real estate projects, Kingston is a member of the University of Miami Real Estate Advisory Board and a Fellowship member of Fundacao Estudar.
Kingston holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Master of Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a BA in Finance from Louisiana State University.
