Mrs. Will co- founded Belmont Village Senior Living in 1997 as a fully integrated owner, developer and operator of first rate senior housing and care communities. The company is known for first rate built-to- purpose developments, best in class hospitality and proprietary resident programming. The Company’s real $2.5 Billion real estate portfolio has capacity of over000 units and employs over 3,800 people across 8 states and Mexico. The Company ‘s associates voted the Company 15th on the Fortune 100 list of Great Places to Work in Aging Services. Today Belmont is a market leader in high quality seniors housing and care in major markets including Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, Austin, Houston, and soon South Florida. Institutional partners, past and present, include Security Capital Group, GE Real Estate, JPMorgan, AEW/CalPers, Baupost, Welltower and Harrison Street Real Estate.

Prior to Belmont Village Mrs. Will co-founded Mischer Healthcare Services in 1994. Within that entity and its antecedents, the company developed several million feet of medical projects. In addition to real estate, the company has sponsored multiple healthcare and wellness platforms and served as the launch pad for Belmont Village Senior Living. In 2018 Mischer Healthcare sold the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza, a 28-story, 510,000 square foot medical tower that anchors the Texas Medical Center at the highest price ever paid in the US for a medical office building and the highest price per foot ever paid for a commercial office project in Houston.

Mrs. Will has served on the Board of numerous for profit and non-profit entities. On the for profit side she served on the Boards of Security Capital Group affiliates during the 1990’s. More recently she served on the Board of Verde Realty (founded by Bill Sanders), a privately held REIT specializing in industrial and multifamily real estate. The company was sold to Brookfield in 2012. She currently serves on the Board of multiple not-for profits, including the USC Davis School of Gerontology. And the UCLA Center for Longevity. In November 2018 she was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame.

Mrs. Will earned an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from Reed College, Portland, Oregon.
